To get an end of tenancy clean organised for you in Ripon, we only usually require a short leadtime.

• Clean the inside and outside of your kitchen cupboards.
• Clean and polish all kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room surfaces.
• Sweep and wash hard surface floors, clean sinks, window ledges and door frames.
• Put all rubbish outside.
• Take before and after photos.

We provide all the cleaning equipment and materials in Ripon except bleach, bin bags and oven cleaner (except in certain parts of Inner London and Manchester where parking restrictions apply). If you want an oven and hob clean, then you will have to supply the cleaning materials, we can tell you what to buy!

Q. Why do you use customer satisfaction forms for all one-off cleans?

A. This is to ensure that the client is completely satisfied with the cleaning. Clients are required to walk round the entire premises before signing. A signed satisfaction form confirms that we have completed our contractual obligations and will not therefore subsequently consider complaints or claims of any type.

Q. What if nobody is available to sign a customer satisfaction form immediately after a one-off clean?

A. If you are unable to attend, inspect and sign off the cleaning as being totally satisfactory, using our customer satisfaction form, immediately the works have been completed it will be assumed that you are completely satisfied with the works completed and that we have fulfilled and satisfied our contractual obligations. You will be made aware of this condition when you book.

In Ripon it is important that you book enough time for your end of tenancy cleaning. We will make an truthful recommendation, based on our many years of cleaning experience. It is extremely wise to book more hours than you may think you need, as that way our cleaning teams can stay on site and finish the job, should it overrun. And remember, even if you book too many hours, unless a minimum hours booking was stipulated, you will only be charged for the actual time we are at your property in Ripon!
